These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaya Toast Cookie online store and your purchase of our products. The store is operated by Kaya Toast Cookie PLT (Registration No. 202604001776), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia ("Kaya Toast Cookie", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are freshly baked, perishable food items made in small batches. Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. We bake in a kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, eggs and other ingredients. While our products are alcohol-free, pork-free and lard-free, they may contain or come into contact with common allergens. If you have any allergy or dietary concern, please check with us before ordering; you order at your own discretion.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and, where applicable, are inclusive of tax. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our available payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a pricing or product error is obvious.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation message acknowledges that we have received your order; a contract is formed only once we accept and begin preparing it. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to your area, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
We offer same-day delivery within the Klang Valley and, where available, courier delivery to other areas of Malaysia. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for ensuring the order can be received. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy regarding failed or missed deliveries.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order is confirmed, except as expressly set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Any goodwill gesture we may offer is made at our sole discretion.

7. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use our store lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or place fraudulent or speculative orders. Once you receive our products, safe storage and handling (including refrigeration and consumption within the recommended period) are your responsibility.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our store, including our brand name, logo, artwork, mascot, images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to Kaya Toast Cookie and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our prior written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including ingredient shortages, equipment failure, courier delays, adverse weather, or acts of government.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
